It was an accident!
After finishing the BootCamp at 4Geeks, I was thinking about where to host the final project, LocationPro, that we created. At first, I thought of using Heroku, but then I thought that it might be costly, especially if the amount of projects grew. That’s how I decided to create my own private server where I could host as many apps as I wanted free of charge. Additionally, I wanted to learn the server infrastructure a little bit. So, this is what came out of it.
I Made Net (dot) Work hosts websites, web apps, a cloud solution, a server dashboard, a media server, and a SIEM solution. Also, I built a personal email hosting in addition to I Made Net (dot) Work.
If you are interested in reading a bit more about the process, I’m planning to publish blog posts on my personal website [HERE]. I will be sharing links to other posts and videos that I found helpful as well as solutions to problems that I encountered.
